How Submission & Publication Works

Submit
Register as the researcher and submit your title, abstract, authors, and final research report.

Screening
Umweka staff check completeness and institutional eligibility before deeper review begins.

Verification & QA
Your report and supporting documents are verified for authenticity and reviewed for quality.

STEP 4
Acceptance Decision
An authorised decision โ not payment โ determines whether your report is accepted.

Licence & Deposit
Accepted researchers complete the licence/consent step and pay the required deposit.
๐ STEP 6
Activation
Once all activation requirements are met, your report is assigned a stable identifier and published.
